This was actually from several years ago but we’re excited to present the exciting way in which we fulfilled the order for the federation of police
inspectors.
We feel this is more pertinent today as we come up against printing complex logos on maybe less receptive surfaces. It is sometimes easy to do digital
mock-ups in Photoshop and depict what clients’ logos will look like on various personalised USB wireless mouse casings. To give you an idea of the
complexity of the logo to be printed, please notice below some images of the digital mock-ups we developed for the federation of police inspectors.
As you can see from looking at the federation of police inspector logo, it is very complex. Our normal standard method of printing multi layered logos is
to use our full colour process print. After viewing the digital mock-ups, the
client chose our WM-315 branded USB wireless mouse for their commission. This choice of the WM-315 USB wireless mouse completely
ruled out the full colour process printing method. This is because the surface of the WM-315 promotional wireless mouse is curved and slightly abrasive.
The full colour process print might work but WILL NOT produce the best outcome. Due to the interesting surface of the of the WM-315
personalised USB wireless mouse, our technical team also feel that full process print will not produce the optimum longevity logo print for the federation
of police branded wireless mice.
We are all about delivering quality at USBEXTRA. The best possible option for delivering the best outcome was the water transfer process printing. Water transfer printing is the
highest form of printing complex logos on 3D like products and we were excited to bring this technology to the federation of police inspectors’ promotional
wireless mouse commission. The complex water transfer printing is technically referred to as hydrographics. It is also known as water transfer imaging, hydro dipping, cubic printing or immersion printing.
We will not be going through the technicality of how it works in this blog but you can see the result produced below. Notice below the federation of police
inspectors’ personalised USBE wireless mouse commission below:-
As can be seen with the lengths we’ve gone through to print the printed wireless mouse, USBEXTRA will not take any short cuts and our team would always go
the extra mile to make sure your branded technology product is reproduced to the optimum quality. We recently blogged about this in a recent article we
called secret sauce.
The printed wireless mouse is still one of the most potent and popular promotional technology products we manufacture at USBEXTRA. The cost of the
promotional wireless mouse has gradually gone down in the last 5 years and the prices are at the bottom of the scale at the moment. We’ve also driven down
the ‘minimum order quantity’ to 100units in order to be to cater to smaller companies as well as the multi- national companies that are looking for larger
quantities.
On the USBEXTRA site, we have other outstanding and quality products like
promotional USB drives, printed portable chargers, branded MP3 players and many others. Please check out the USBEXTRA website and come back to the team
should you have any questions, enquiries or quote request re any of the promotional technology products that we manufacture.
