We believe the promotional external portable charger is the most important branded technology product since branded USB sticks was introduced in 2002/2003.

The next important checklist when contemplating the purchase of printed chargers for your next project is:-

2 - WHAT CASING?

The casing choice becomes more academic when the battery requirement has been resolved. For the choice of 2000mAH - 3000mAH lithium batteries for example – the choices are PBX-201, PBX-202, PBX-203 and PBX-204. These batteries are of cylindrical shapes and the battery size is the same.

After this decision, the 2 determining factor for these choice are now casing material and shape. The PBX-201,PBX-203 and PBX-204 are rectangular shapes and offer 4 areas that your company logos can be printed. The cylindrical PBX-202 offers an alternative to the box shaped alternatives.

Notice the different alternatives below.

For the larger lithium battery power bank (4000mAH and higher), the batteries are bigger and the casing are more likely rectangular or square. The only factor to consider for this choice is the material. For example, the PBX-417 is metal and the PBX-802 is of ABS plastic material.

The last consideration when thinking about the casing is the colour. The colour is critical in accentuating your company logo. Sometimes, there’s no better way of determining which colour casing is best suited to your company than developing draft design mock-ups for visualisation.
