You wouldn’t believe it, we didn’t believe it either. The chocolate week actually does exist and we are as excited as any typical chocolate lover. The official date is the 13^th-19^th October crowning finally to the chocolate show on the 17^th-19^th October at the Olympia in London.

In terms of health benefits, not many foods have been scrutinised like the good old cocoa. It is agreed across the board that the cocoa is naturally packed with antioxidants which tends to enhance and produce dopamine and serotium. These sanguine chemicals are claimed by some experts to curtail and protect against possible arterial thrombosis. It is paradoxically claimed that the additional fat and sugar can only deliver health problems with no benefits.

Enough analysis! I guess all the contradictions can be swerved for this ‘special’ chocolate week and we can all indulge to our heart’s content.
